NORDILINER:

THE INDEPENDENT PRESSURE PIPE LINER

The Nordiliner is a Pull-In-Place-Pipe (PIPP) and is designed for diameters from DN 50 up to 1200 mm. The system is approved for potable water, gas, oil and heat pi- pes as well as industrial applications. The Nordiliner is structurally self-supporting and therefore independent from the host pipe. The liner will remain completely stand-alone.

NO RESIN, NO IMPREGNATION, NO CURING

The extremely strong and also flexible liner is folded and winched through the existing pipeline. Through the sealed tapes the liner remains its shape during installation. Finally, the liner is inflated by using compressed air or inflates when fluid is transported under pressure without bonding to the existing pipe. The time-consuming gluing to the host pipe is completely unnecessary. Afterwards the liner can be reconnected to the existing system with the use of the tailor-made connectors.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

The Nordiliner is fiber reinforced. With its three-layered composition the liner combines flexibility with extremely high material strength.

Outer Cover

TPU, PE or other elastomers to protect the fiber reinforcement from damage and prevent the liner from elongation or shorten.

Inner Layer

Elastomer Proof Seal: Consists of PE, TPU, PVDF or other elastomers and has a high chemical and a temperature resistance as well as robust mechanical strength.
